Fees and Payment

HCCH

Fees are quoted on a project basis according to product count, setups, and intended usage. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

UN Declaration

The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference materials, and any items needed for the session in the agreed condition. Frame Perfect may review the shot list, sample setup, and product order before production, and may decline or revise work that falls outside the agreed scope.

Policy Terms

All photographs, previews, and related materials remain the property of Frame Perfect unless a separate written license states otherwise. Any permitted use of final images is limited to the agreed license, and no RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited files are included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Perfect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for results affected by inaccurate instructions, product condition, or changes outside its control. Retouching and editing are intended for standard photographic correction and do not guarantee exact recreation of references or product characteristics.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand, and any dispute should first be raised with Frame Perfect in good faith for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or other lawful forum with jurisdiction over the matter.
